Team of professionals
VITRAC’s team is made up of capable, skilled individuals educated in top universities in Spain and abroad, with postgraduate studies in Business Administration and Executive Coaching, with rich and extensive professional experiences as well.
Aeronautical Engineer (Master Degree) by the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Aeronáuticos, Polytechnic University of Madrid (Spain), and postgraduate at the Harvard Business School (Boston, USA).
His professional career has been dedicated to air transport industry, airports, tourism and strategic consultancy, including successful start–ups, in top management and CEO positions. He has sound know–how in leadership of innovation and change, including the practice of executive coaching.
He has been CEO of VITRAC Consulting & Coaching since its foundation. At present he is also integrated in the Master Executive Coaching of Deusto Business School.
He is currently member of the Board of Directors of Aena Aeropuertos (the Spanish Airport Authority), appointed January 2012.
